Scurry Dog events

 

If you need to cancel a place you have booked at a Scurry Dog organised event, please let us know at: hello@scurrydog.co.uk as soon as possible.

The following refund terms apply:

You are eligible for a full refund on your place if we receive notification of cancellation 21 days or more before the event.

You are eligible for a 50% refund on your place if we receive notification of cancellation between 2 - 3 weeks before the event.

No refund is given if notification of cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before the event.

Scurry Dog reserves the right to cancel events at our discretion, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or illness. We will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible, and in the unlikely event we do need to cancel we aim to provide at least 24 hours notice. If Scurry Dog cancel an event a full refund will be issued, or credit towards the next event (at your discretion).

Your ticket cannot be used by someone else other than the booking name on the ticket, unless via written consent from Scurry Dog (hello@scurrydog.co.uk).

Please note this cancellation policy only applies to events run by Scurry Dog Head Office. If your event is run by a Scurry Dog Instructor, or the event is run by another Instructor with Scurry Dog as a guest Instructor, then that Instructors' terms, conditions and cancellation policies apply.

Scurry Dog Instructors Course cancellation terms and conditions

 

There is a 7 day cooling off period within which you can cancel and get your deposit refunded (if you paid in full, your deposit is equivalent to 1 monthly instalment of the payment plan). After this cooling off period, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Your remaining balance is refundable within 90 days or more before the start of the course, minus 2% admin fee. In the case of cancellation occurring less than 90 days before the start of the course, the balance is non-refundable. 

 

Alternatively, if we are notified within a 30 day period of the Course starting, you may defer your place to another Instructor Course, or transfer your place on the Course in question to someone else at the Head Instructor's discretion.
