Theresa Rees grew up with a lifelong dream to work professionally
with animals, especially horses and dogs. However, her life journey took her firstly into the world of system analyst/trainer, a mum and then onto education. The dream lingered, then became a reality.

Now a passionate IMDT certified dog trainer and association member of the UK Dog Charter, who uses only positive, force free, reward-based training methods, that are backed by science. She adopts a holistic approach, ensuring that wellbeing, physical and emotional needs are considered, meaning that any training provided is suitable, fun and achievable for dogs and humans alike. Theresa loves to learn through continued professional development and is currently undertaking a Level 6 Diploma in Canine Clinical Behaviour.

Theresa still has a role in Primary Education as a Social Communication Champion
Lead with 20 years' experience supporting mainstream pupils with Speech, Language and Communication, Additional Learning Needs, Behaviour and Sensory Integration. difficulties, She has also undertaken intensive school-based training, including safeguarding, relational behaviour and trauma informed practices.
